Jilin Chemical Fibre Co., Ltd. (000420.SZ)announced that it plans to issue up to 200 million A shares of common stock, at a price of down to RMB 5.36 per share in private placement. The Company expects to raise up to RMB 1,334,048,800 from the issue.
