CHINA Guangdong Nuclear Power Holding Corp has signed a memorandum of understanding with Australian uranium firm Paladin Energy Ltd.

The Australian company said yesterday the agreement set a framework of cooperation for long-term sales of uranium and the possible expansion of joint venture relationships in Australia's Northern Territory with Energy Metals Ltd.
