CHINA'S demand for coal will continue to fuel in the next five years and to reach 3.8 billion tons in 2015, an official with the country's coal association said yesterday.

This represents a jump of 800 million tons from 2009, Wang Xianzheng, head of the China Coal Industry Association, said in Beijing.
