1,000MW amorphous silicon thin film solar cell project invested by Haixuan Energy Co., Ltd. starts construction recently. Located in Shandong Heze Hi-Tech Zone, it covers a planned area of 2,180 mu and building area of 710,000 square meters. The total investment of the project is approximately RMB7.3 billion. As the largest amorphous silicon solar cell project in China currently, this project will be carried out in three phases.
