Power generation company Chongqing Fuling Electric Power Industrial (600452) posted a 53.07 percent year-on-year increase in first half 2011 net profit to 7.79 million yuan, with basic earnings per share of 0.05 yuan, an increase of 66.66 percent, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing. Sales revenue hit 423 million yuan.

The company does not plan to distribute its earnings.

During the reporting period, the company's installment business recorded a huge drop in revenue, leading to a significant decrease in revenue from this business.
